Description
In recent years, a lot of focus has been placed on air quality. As more organizations understand the importance of health and wellbeing of their employees correlates to their bottom line, air quality is at the forefront of their minds. To add value to a business, more organizations want to understand their role in supporting their ESG commitments. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance. Addressing health and wellbeing supports the goals under the "S" in ESG and this has proven to be beneficial to clients that have to report to stakeholders and board members on their ongoing progress and performance requirements. This is where you can be valuable as a WELL AP on a project. As a WELL AP, you will be able to guide your clients through the best practices that should be implemented to enhance air quality within their buildings. This course will highlight where you, as the WELL AP, will need to engage with various stakeholders including the WELL Performance Verifier, engineer and architects and the type of documentation that will need to be provided. You will also learn about the reality of implementing each of the features and why some of them may not be feasible in today's market. In each feature, I review the requirements, explain why each feature is important to be addressed and how to execute the features based on real world experience. Each feature also have 6 questions available to test your ability to recall and apply the information that you learned - a total of 84 questions available to you to test your understanding of the Air Concept, which will aid in your studies to become a WELL AP. I hope you enjoy the course!
