Description: Synthesizer with two oscillators Degradation Engine It works very similar to a regular subtractive synthesizer: you have a filter, ADSR, mixer and several useful effects. A distinctive feature are two oscillators, each of which has two regulators controlling "losses". These regulators switch the oscillator signal from raw to degraded, sampled from a microcassette film - thus, for each oscillator, you can choose anywhere between the raw analog wave shape and the complete fragility of the film.
In addition, each oscillator has two types of degradation, and samples are recorded both at full and at half speed. At full speed, the sound is more brittle, on half - warmer and rounder - and again, you can choose any point between these two extremes.
