Back pain comes in different forms, but the most common type affects the lower back, specifically the lumbar region (L5-L6). The upper back has limited mobility, which means it also experiences fewer problems. However, the lumbar spine plays a major role in movement and often gets overused, enduring excessive twisting and bending beyond its natural 8° range. Poor posture further worsens the strain on this area.This comprehensive program focuses on the entire spine, with special emphasis on the lumbar region-the most common problem area. Based on my 15 years of teaching experience and working with thousands of people, I have found that these exercises are effective for 99% of individuals. However, in rare cases, certain movements may not be suitable.
