About Portable:
Portable versions of the program are presented by the developer, they work without installation on a computer.
To install the Russian language: LNG -> Russian.
By default DesktopDigitalClock, ClassicDesktopClock.ini will be created in the %APPDATA%/ClassicDesktopClock folder.
For portable use, please create or copy the ClassicDesktopClock.ini file into the ClassicDesktopClock working directory.
