Interface language: Russian, English and others
System requirements:
Windows 7 - Windows 11 (x86/x64)
Description:
Dr.Web LiveDisk is an anti-virus boot disk / media for restoring the health of a system infected with viruses, rootkits or other complex threats.
To protect your system from infection that can render your computer unusable, you must use strong protection at all times using effective antivirus programs.
However, even modern anti-virus programs can miss new and yet unknown threats. In this case, if the system does not boot or crashes, you may need an antivirus boot disk to restore the system. Dr.Web LiveDisk is a bootable CD/DVD or USB-drive with a portable OS-based operating system, built-in anti-virus scanner Dr.Web Curelt! and additional software. Booting with LiveDisk allows you to perform anti-virus scans and disinfect your computer, work with the registry and file system, and surf the web on the Internet without booting the main system
Main components of Dr.Web LiveDisk:
Scanner Dr.Web Curelt!
Dr.Web Curelt! is designed for anti-virus scanning of boot sectors, memory, as well as both individual files and files in composite objects (archives, e-mail files, installation packages). The scan is performed using all threat detection methods.
Dr.Web Updater
Every day there are many new types of computer threats with more advanced masking functions. Updating virus databases ensures that your computer's protection is up-to-date and ready for new threats. The update is performed using the special Dr.Web Updater utility.
Registry Editor
If you want to manually make some changes to the registry, use the Dr.Web RegEdit utility, which is an analogue of the registry editor.
