Andi Oliver presents as the chefs from the North East of England prepare dishes on the theme of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. One chef prepares a barbecue duck crown, duck neck offal sausage and smoked duck-fat muffins, inspired by Olympic bronze champion runner and local man Brendan Foster. The other two pay homage to the flavours of the five continents symbolised in the Olympic rings. For the desserts, one dish celebrates Team GB's success in tennis in the form of an edible tennis ball hyssop yoghurt cheesecake with liquid lemon centre and woodruff ice-cream choux tennis racket handle.
