Heat two gets underway, with the contenders facing the Pairs Challenge. Split into teams, each duo work individually to create a plate of food that must be identical, both in looks and taste. However, only one teammate has the basic instructions of how to get the job done, so strong communication is vital. The second round sees the quartet let loose in a professional kitchen where Spanish and West African cuisine are on the menu. Finally, they have to produce a dish they would serve from the hatch of their own food truck, guaranteed to draw in any crowds. John Torode and Gregg Wallace host.
