Description
This course is for people who always go to the shops with no ideas, or think up meals on the spot. People who end up eating the same foods over and over, and wasting lots of food (and money!) by grabbing what looks good with no real plan. It's designed to take some of the stress out of the daily 'what's for dinner' dilemma, reducing the amount of take outs, and helping you find time to prepare meals at home so you can be healthier and reduce your food footprint by using less packaging, reducing waste and eating more seasonally. With over 1.5 hours of videos (broken down into small chunks so it's easy to digest), habit change guidance, templates, step by step video walkthroughs and a workbook encouraging you to take action, this course will help you start planning your meals and stick to it long term for lasting improvements to your health, your bank balance and the planet! What really sets this course apart from others though, is that it's designed entirely around you TAKING ACTION. If you follow this course, not only will you learn how to meal plan, you will have determined how to make this work for you, made a meal plan, followed it for a week and come back to review how things could have gone better, fix the issues and try again.
