Description:
IcoFX is a powerful icon and cursor editor that has all the necessary tools for creating, extracting and editing them. The program has a large number of different effects (more than 40), the ability to adjust hue, saturation and brightness, color and contrast levels, a built-in converter, a batch file processing function, options for extracting icons from .exe files and much more. Graphic formats supported are BMP, PNG, JPG, JPG2000, TIF and GIF.
