Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a modern, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies alongside behaviour change strategies. This course is accredited by the International Association of Therapists (IAOTH ). You will learn about psychological flexibility, which means being able to adapt to different conditions.
