Welcome to this 5 Step Course (What is going on? What do I feel? What do I need? What's in my way? What will I do?) on how to get to the root of emotional eating. We, Kristen Stum & Mona Tippets are both Certified Life and Health Coaches. Justin Stum, Licensed Therapist will also provide hypnosis sessions. The focus of the course will be on intuitive eating over dieting. Diet mentality focuses on food as the enemy, my bad habits, things I am doing temporarily, things I don't like about myself, the scale and the finish line. Health mentality focuses on food as fuel, my good habits, the things that I am doing forever, things that I want for myself, and the daily choices... health is lifelong journey. During these 5 sessions we will talk about gratitude and appreciation for our bodies. We will learn how to feel emotions and how to process them instead of eating them. We will focus on meeting our own needs and mindset practices that work as we build a life of optimal mental and physical health. We will help you analyze and improve your thinking patterns that might be holding you back from creating the healthiest version of you. Finally find freedom and make peace with food. Lose weight without dieting and learn to trust yourself through intuitive eating. Our mission is to help you heal your relationship with food.
