The final three contenders head to Copenhagen, Denmark, where at the Michelin-starred Alchemist, they meet Head Chef Rasmus Munk who explains the ethos behind his unique 'holistic' food, where dishes are called 'impressions' as they each tell a story designed to elicit an emotion from the diner. Once inspired, it's down them to create their own 'impression' for Rasmus to taste and critique before they join the establishment's 25-strong brigade of chefs to deliver a full restaurant service. They will each be responsible for two 'impressions' from an epic menu that stretches to 50 courses.
