Description
If you feel overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or unable to cope with the demands of a busy life, you're not alone. After twenty eight years of teaching, I am very familiar with these feelings and through applying Mindfulness to my life, I was able to learn to manage them. If you would like to do the same, then this course is for you. We will cover ways to manage your thoughts, feelings and moods so that you feel less stressed, more in control and empowered. You will gain an understanding of the Mindful Attitudes and how they help you live life more easily. You will learn to apply Mindfulness to your relationships so they deepen and become more harmonious. You will also become clear about the power of presence and meditation to help you manage your stress and anxiety. We will cover ways to manage food cravings and easily eat for optimal health. Lastly you will learn to develop the skills necessary to fall and stay asleep for longer, something we all need to do if we are to cope with our busy days. Ultimately this course will enable you to stop struggling unnecessarily with emotional pain and start living a more meaningful and joyful life.
