Volume2 (Repack & Portable) is a program to replace the standard Windows volume control with many useful features.
The application is supported by Windows operating systems version XP or higher (32 and 64 bits), the interface is translated
into Russian and many other languages.
Volume2 has two customizable modules. One of them is designed to control the sound level, the second is
rather decorative - it displays an animated picmeter on the computer screen.
Audio control module features include:
• Adjusting the volume level of the playback device (system audio).
• Adjust the volume level in individual applications or running processes. Those. with Volume2 you can
adjust the volume for each individual program / process without changing the sound settings in the system or
other applications.
• Providing the ability to control the volume level with the mouse wheel when you hover over a specific
object (set by the user) - the taskbar, tray, desktop and others.
• Sound volume control with the mouse cursor at the selected screen borders. For example, the user moves the mouse
cursor to the left side of the screen, and then moves up or down to increase or decrease the sound.
• Controlling the sound volume, various parameters of the audio card and performing many other actions
(for example, controlling a running video player or even screen brightness) using hotkeys.
• Performing various actions with sound, launching programs, displaying messages on the screen, etc. Scheduled.
• Replacing the standard volume indicator called when using the multimedia keys on the keyboard.
The program provides many colorful skins for sound indicators with their own settings.
• Replacing the standard / creating an additional volume indicator in the system tray. Here you
can also install one of the many skins.

At any time, the user can launch and configure the Volume2 Peak Meter auxiliary module to his liking (can work separately). Its sole purpose is to animate the current volume level of the selected audio playback device. The user can choose from many different skins for the picmeter.
