Process Lasso (Repack & Portable) - helps to solve the problem when Windows, by default, allows programs to fully load the central processor, which leads to a system freeze and, accordingly, to inconvenience.
The utility carefully reprioritizes running programs so that processes that previously loaded the entire CPU will no longer affect system response.
