SunsetScreen (Repack & Portable) - a program with which you can configure the automatic shading of the monitor screen at night.

According to developer research, excessive blue light at night causes problems with an element such as melatonin, a pineal gland hormone that regulates circadian rhythms. So, our body begins to think that it is daytime and therefore we don't want to sleep. All this leads to disruption of the daily rhythm, insomnia, etc. The SunsetScreen application simulates a sunset on the display screen: yellow and red shades gradually appear in the color palette of the screen, which is perceived by our eyes, and melatonin is reproduced in the body.

SunsetScreen is fully customizable for any time zone. Here you can adjust the brightness and intensity of the emulated day and night light, the start time of the simulated sunrise / sunset, the duration of the transitional phase for eye preparation, etc. Thus, people with different rhythms of sleep and wakefulness will be able to fully adapt the mode that suits them when working at the computer.
