Welcome to the SPACES Spiritual Healing Mini-Course! This course provides an opportunity for empowerment to actively engage in a spiritual healing process that is embodied and purposeful. This course will provide an overview of 6 main steps for spiritual healing, their purpose, and what they are providing, as well as offering a method that you can learn to use in your own life and with others. The SPACES process uses current research and clear, learnable methods to energetically clear stuckness and ego debris in your life.Each module builds on the previous module to give you a 6-step process that you can follow in its entirety by the end of the course. This process uses the movements of focus and expansion (point to wave) and offers a method for addressing various areas of stuckness, rumination, body symptoms, and pain, as well as identifying places of awaiting energy release and manifestation.You will walk through each module learning content about that movement and a hand movement to help guide you into position so that you can follow the energy that is ready to release and create spaciousness for new energy to flow.In your course you will find:A video lesson for each module with content and guidance for that topicA practice that you can followWorksheets to support you ongoing learning and growthUse the practice exercise with each module and then return to the full SPACES process that walks you through the whole 6- movements for ongoing support. The SPACES process is a natural energy movement that you will learn to align with to guide you into an embodied clearing process that can be used in a minute or become a daily, extended meditation. The process is so simple that you can use it on yourself or teach it to others to support clearing and making space for manifesting from the Soul.
