This is a course on proper and true meditation taught by a trained and experienced mentor, teacher and disciple of the realised Zen-Master Vishrant, himself disciple of the famous Master Osho. It will teach you key concepts and practices that will help you to meditate more successfully - and what common misconceptions might be holding you back. Many guided meditations and other practices will deepen and bring these learnings to life and show you how to apply them.At the end of this course, you will understand exactly what meditation is and what it is not and will be able to practise it much easier, with less effort and with significantly better results than ever before - in formal sitting meditation as well as a continuous mindfulness practice throughout the day. You'll also be ready to create an increasingly relaxed, open, present, grounded, free and peaceful inner state and see yourself and reality more and more clearly over time with practice.
