Most of the team are against taking it on except for Justin who sees potential and decides to run the project on his own, but at what cost? And later, a dazzling lakefront home has a prime spot on the water, but also a horrible layout, with a residential wing designed like a live-in rehab clinic. Ashlee takes the lead on this big flip, but her extravagant designs threaten to blow the budget wide open.
