Weise Software, provider of management and specialist programs for architecture and engineering offices, has already adapted the program for calculating fees and preparing offers to the new HOAI 2022. This takes into account the decision of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) of July 4, 2019, according to which the binding nature of the minimum and maximum fee rates violates EU law. The new software version HOAI-Pro 2022 responds to this and enables legally compliant, ECJ and HOAI 2022-compliant fee accounting. For this purpose, all functions, architect and engineer contracts have been adjusted and updated, new terms from HOAI 2022 have been adopted in the calculation of fees and the complete text of HOAI 2022 has been integrated into the program. In addition, all users of HOAI-Pro 2022 will receive detailed tips and information on the new HOAI version.
