Description:
This build is the successor to Windows 11 build (v21H2) RUS-ENG -26in1- HWID-act v2 (AIO) and combines Russian and English editions of Windows 11 that support HWID activation Thanks to a number of original solutions, we managed to get a product that combines a large number of editions of Windows 11 within a single distribution kit, the volume of which does not exceed the size of a regular DVD-blank Restrictions on installing Windows 11on "weak" machines were removed by me. At the same time, the functionality of the operating systems installed from the assembly is not cut down by a single grain!

Some build features
- Based on Windows 11 distributions hosted on VSS (former MSDN) on September 20, 2022.
- Removed restrictions on installing Windows 11 on computers without UEFI support and secure boot, without TPM support, with less than 4GB of RAM, and with a single-core processor. Only a check for sufficient space on the HDD / SSD is left.
- Update KB5017389 is additionally integrated into the operating systems installed from the assembly, which fixes the main flaws of the original distributions.
- The assembly includes the activator W10 Digital Activation Program + KMS38 version 1.4.6 from Ratiborus. The executable file of the activator will be available on the Desktop.
- The System Restore service, both launched from the installation media and built into the system itself, is integrated with the Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module, which greatly expands the possibilities for resuscitation of the system.
- .NET Framework 3.5 is preinstalled. In this regard, the \sources\sxs folder, in which the files for manual local installation of this package were located, was removed from the installation media.
- Removed the \sources\asz folder from the installation media, which contained backup copies of the files responsible for the installer interface.
- On a system installed in BIOS Legacy mode, the functionality of the boot menu by pressing the F8 key has been restored. The F8 boot menu is displayed in text mode.
- In the boot menu on F8, the item "Load Last Known Good Configuration" has been restored.
- The system is installed immediately with Russian and English language packs. The choice of language during installation only affects which of the languages will be the main one. So at the end of the installation, you can easily change the interface language using standard OS tools (except for the Home Single Language edition).
- A script has been added to the Home Single Language edition that allows you to switch the interface language from Russian to English and vice versa without losing your license.
- There are some restrictions on transferring applications from an old system to a new one when installing an update. Read more in the FAQ.
- Fixed a feature of the Windows 11 installer, due to which, in a multilingual assembly, when starting the installation from under an existing system, there was no choice of the installer interface language. In this assembly, the interface language is determined automatically based on the language of the running OS.
- Minor improvements have been made to the installer interface, correcting the flaws of Microsoft programmers.

FAQ
Question: What is the difference between editions marked N and regular ones?
Answer: These editions were issued specifically for the European Union. In accordance with the decision of the European Antimonopoly Committee, they do not have Windows Media Player (WMP).
Question: Why is there no LTSC edition in this assembly?
Answer: Microsoft promises to release Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC no earlier than 2024.
Question: What program can you recommend for deploying an assembly to a flash drive?
Answer: For these purposes, I highly recommend the Rufus program . This program, in my opinion, is able to most competently deploy the assembly to a USB flash drive. Also, you can take a closer look at the Ventoy program. With its help, it is possible to create a multiboot flash drive, which will host several images, between which you can switch.
Question: I need to install in Legacy BIOS mode on an MBR partition, and the system is installed in EFI / UEFI mode on a GPT partition. How to be?
Answer: Go to UEFI-BIOS and change the parameters there that are responsible for choosing the installation mode. In UEFI-BIOS of different manufacturers, their names and locations differ. But there are more or less detailed descriptions on the net.how to do this for different UEFI-BIOS models. If everything is very difficult, and you cannot find the options you need, then simply remove the bootmgr.efi file and the efi folder from the assembly. This will deprive the build of the ability to start the installation in EFI / UEFI mode and it will be forced to start the installation in BIOS Legacy mode.
Question: I need to install in EFI/UEFI mode on a GPT partition, and the system is installed in BIOS Legacy mode on an MBR partition. Why?
Answer: Firstly, your computer may not support installing the system in EFI/UEFI mode. Secondly, the options responsible for the ability to install in this mode can be disabled in UEFI-BIOS . Thirdly, if you install the system from a flash drive, then be aware that you can install in EFI / UEFI mode only if the flash drive is formatted in FAT32 format.
Question: At the initial stage of installation, I get the message "The system seems to lack either network cards or network drivers". What's this?
Answer: This is a notification that the installer did not find an active network card. This can be caused both by its physical absence in the computer, and by the absence in the driver installer specifically for your network card model. In any case, don't worry. It does not affect the installation and operation of the system. Click OK and quietly proceed with the installation.
Question: After installation, I do not see the activator on the desktop.
Answer: There can be many reasons for its absence. But the most likely is that at the time of deploying the image to a USB flash drive, the activator was "gobbled up" by your antivirus. Look for it in the original image. The file is called Activator.exe.
Question: I installed the N-edition of Windows 11 in Russian, but my metro apps are in English. How to be?
Answer: This is easy to fix. Just launch the Microsoft Store and initiate the installation of updates in it. At the end of this procedure, everything will be in Russian.
Question: How can I use the script for switching the interface language in the Home Single Language edition?
Answer: Run the script from the shortcut "LngSwitcher for Windows 11 SL" located in the Start menu. Further, the script will only ask you if you really want to change the interface language, and restart the computer immediately after making the changes or later.
