Official system requirements:
• 64-bit processor with a clock frequency of at least 1 GHz, with support for SSE4.2 and POPCNT, and at least two cores or SoC
• RAM 4 GB or more
• 64GB or more storage device
• UEFI system firmware with secure boot support
• Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0
• DirectX 12 / WDDM 2.x compatible graphics adapter
• Display larger than 9" with HD resolution (720p)
• A Microsoft account and internet connection are required to install Windows 11 Pro, Home, and their derivatives.

Description:
I have partially lifted the restrictions on installing Windows 11 on "weaker" machines. At the same time, as usual, the functionality of the operating systems installed from this build is not reduced one bit!
Assembly composition
The build includes 10 Russian and 10 English editions of Windows 11 for the 64-bit (x64) kernel:

[ul]- Windows 11 Education
- Windows 11 IoT Enterprise
- Windows 11 Enterprise
- Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC
- Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC
- Windows 11 Pro
- Windows 11 Pro Education
- Windows 11 Pro for Workstations
- Windows 11 Home
- Windows 11 Home Single Language
[/ul]

Some assembly features
This build is based on Windows 11 Version 25H2 (Updated September 2025) distributions, published on MSDN on September 30, 2025. Except for those marked LTSC. These belong to the 24H2 line and were released on October 1, 2024. All editions are updated to October 2025 by integrating updates KB5066835 and KB5066128. Those marked LTSC also include KB5043080 and partially KB5054156.
- Restrictions on installing Windows 11 on computers without UEFI or Secure Boot support, without TPM 2.0 support, and with less than 4 GB of RAM have been lifted. SSE4.2 and POPCNT requests are not bypassed!
- Added the ability to install Windows 11 Pro, Home and their derivatives with a local account.
- This build includes the W10 Digital Activation Program + KMS38 activator version 1.5.5.5 from Ratiborus. The activator executable file will be available on the desktop.
- The Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) 10 module is integrated into the system recovery service, both the one launched from the installation media and the one built into the system itself, which significantly expands the capabilities for system recovery.
- The following folders have been removed from the installation media: _manifest, asz, ca-es, eu-es, gl-es, id-id, and vi-vn. These folders are essentially unnecessary junk.
- On systems installed in Legacy BIOS mode, the F8 boot menu functionality has been restored. The F8 boot menu now displays in text mode.
- The "Load last known good configuration" option has been restored in the F8 boot menu.
The system is installed with both Russian and English language packs. The language selection during installation only affects which language will be the primary language. After installation, you can easily change the interface language using standard OS tools (except for the Home Single Language edition).
- A script has been added to the Home Single Language edition that allows you to switch the interface language from Russian to English and back without losing your license.
- The "BIOS" installer has been converted to the old, familiar format, thereby eliminating the glitches of the original Microsoft product.
- Fixed a Windows 11 installer issue where, in a multilingual build, when running the installation from an existing system, the installer interface language could not be selected. In this build, the interface language is determined automatically based on the language of the running OS.
There are some limitations when transferring applications from an older system to a new one when installing an update. More details in the

FAQ.
- Minor improvements have been made to the installer interface, correcting errors made by Microsoft programmers.

Learn more about MSDaRT
The Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Toolset (MSDaRT) helps you diagnose and fix startup and other system problems.

The set includes the following tools:

Registry Editor
You can use Registry Editor to access and modify the Windows operating system registry when analyzing or restoring the operating system. It allows you to add, delete, and modify keys and values, as well as import registry files (*.REG).

Password Change Wizard
The Change Password Wizard allows you to set or change the password for any local Windows operating system account being analyzed or recovered. Knowing the current password is not required. However, the new password must meet all the requirements defined in the local Group Policy object (GPO), including password length and strength.

Crash Analyzer
Crash Analyzer is used to quickly determine the cause of a computer crash. To do this, it analyzes a memory dump file in the Windows operating system being recovered. Crash Analyzer examines the crash dump file that corresponds to the driver that caused the computer crash. You can then disable the problematic device driver using the Services and Drivers node in Computer Management.

File recovery
File recovery can help you recover files that were accidentally deleted or were too large to be placed in the Recycle Bin. File recovery is not limited to regular disk volumes. This tool can also find and recover files on lost or BitLocker-encrypted volumes.

Disk Commander
Disk Commander allows you to recover disk partitions or volumes using one of the following recovery processes: repairing the master boot record (MBR), recovering lost volumes, recovering partition tables from a Disk Commander backup, saving partition tables to a Disk Commander backup.

Disk Cleanup
The Disk Cleanup tool allows you to remove all data from a disk or volume, as well as data remaining after reformatting the hard drive. When wiping a disk, you can choose between a single-pass or four-pass overwrite, which complies with current U.S. Department of Defense standards.

Computer management
Computer Management is used to view system information, event logs, manage hard drives, manage programs that run at system startup, and manage services and drivers.

Conductor
File Explorer allows you to browse your computer's file system and network folders, allowing you to move important data stored on your local drive before restoring or reinstalling the operating system. Additionally, by mapping drive letters to network folders, you can easily copy and move files from your computer to the network for safekeeping or from the network to your computer for recovery.

Master of Solutions
The Solution Wizard asks a series of questions, and based on the answers, it recommends the best solution to resolve the situation. If you're unfamiliar with DaRT tools, this wizard helps you determine which solution to use.

TCP/IP setup
When you boot your computer using DaRT, the TCP/IP configuration (IP address and DNS server information) is automatically obtained from DHCP. If DHCP is unavailable, you can manually configure TCP/IP using the TCP/IP configuration tool. First, select the network adapter, then configure its IP address and DNS server.

Removing patches
The Hotfix Removal Wizard allows you to remove hotfixes or service packs from the Windows operating system installed on the computer being restored. Use this tool if you believe a hotfix or service pack is preventing the operating system from starting.

System File Checker
System File Checker launches the System File Repair Wizard and allows you to restore system files that are preventing your Windows operating system from starting. The System File Repair Wizard can automatically restore damaged or lost system files or prompt you before performing any repair operations.

Search
The File Search tool opens the File Search window, which you can use to search for documents with unknown paths or for common file types across all local hard drives. You can search for specific filename patterns by specifying a specific path. You can also narrow your search by displaying results that match a specified date range or size.

Remote connection
Remote connection allows IT administrators to remotely run DaRT tools on an end-user's computer. After the user (or the technical support specialist working on their computer) provides certain information, the administrator can take control of the user's computer and remotely run the required DaRT tools.
