What's New In WillMaker 2025
25.1.3021
Mississippi UTMA
Mississippi has changed the age at which a Uniform Transfer to Minors Act (UTMA) custodianship terminates. It was formerly 21, now it is 18. This change affects WillMaker's will, living trust, and transfer on death deed. The change does not affect the legality of any existing document, but if you used WillMaker to create one of these documents with a UTMA custodianship and you haven't signed it yet, we recommend that you destroy the old copy and make a new, updated document.
Improvements and Enhancements
We have made minor improvements and enhancements to the program. None of these changes affect the legal validity of documents you may have already created with the program.
