Here, I will be going through all the basics in a way each step will help you get better and stronger for the next one, so anyone can begin their journey right here. Also, you will learn a method which you can use to practice pretty much any trick, following a series of steps that go from one ball exercises, towards a full pattern. All you need is to have at least three round, solid and equally weighted objects you can practice with to start, later on you can think about becoming more professional. Let's do this!
