Description:
UALinux RescuePack is a free boot disk with 8 anti-virus scanners already installed on it (ESET, BitDefender, eScan, ClamAV, Vba32, Avira, Trellix (McAfee), COMODO for detecting malware and treating infected computers. The disk is also equipped with tools for recovering deleted or damaged files and MBR/GPT partitions.

The proposed disk allows, without starting the main operating system installed on the computer (MS Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, etc.), to conduct a full anti-virus scan to detect and remove various malicious threats from the system (computer viruses, Trojans, rootkits, worms, spyware) , ransomware) and treatment of infected computers.
Also, using this disk you can check and disinfect any removable drives.

Due to the fact that the scanning and disinfection processes are carried out independently of the operating system installed on your computer, malware will not be able to counteract the process of neutralizing and restoring the infected system.

The assembly can be considered as a Linux alternative to disks such as Dr.Web LiveDisk and Kaspersky Rescue Disk.

Booting your computer from the UALinux RescuePack disk:
• Completely turn off the infected computer and turn it on again;
This is called a "cold boot". It is necessary in order to completely clear the RAM of the infected computer, because there are viruses that can remain in the RAM even after rebooting the computer, which you do using the operating system itself or by pressing the Ctrl+Alt+Del keys ("warm reboot" )
• Install the DVD/flash drive with the recorded UALinux RescueDisk image into your computer;
• Enter the Boot Menu of your computer (this can be the F8, F11 or other button - detailed information can be obtained from the documentation for the motherboard of your computer) and select UALinux RescueDisk as the boot source;
• UALinux RescuePack will start running on your computer;
• Wait for the startup process to complete. It can take some time;
• Once UALinux RescuePack is fully launched, you can begin scanning your system or external drive for viruses.
