Much of society is suffering from psychologically-based conditions. At any one time, 4% of the global population are experiencing anxiety (World Health Organisation). This course is for you if you feel anxious, phobic, suffering from panic attacks, reactive depression and more. There are actions that you can take for yourself in order to change that story and move forwards. This can be done independently, alongside, or after you have consulted a professional, depending on the issue. Are you ready for change?The course explores the role of the subconscious mind in healing troubled emotions, or creating change; and it provides examples in order to illustrate these effects.I have outlined the ideas behind hypnosis and NLP primarily, how they work and how they can treat anxiety related conditions. I have provided a comprehensive download of the video content in this course; and I have included some recorded material also to assist you with the processes. Specifically these are: a recorded hypnosis script for sleep; a recorded hypnosis script for anxiety; a recorded hypnosis script for healing past events; and a recorded induction hypnosis script to help you relax and mentally prepare you to perform the other activities, outlined in the course.As an award-winning hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, I have assisted thousands of people to turn their lives around, and much of what I teach them is how to use certain processes at home. This is my motivation behind Anxiety No More, Using Self-Hypnosis/NLP, to empower you to help yourself.This course is designed for people of normal mental functioning.
