Also, throughout the course there is a parallel between a big scale production vs. homebrewing which would allow students to understand the equipment and the process better.Moreover, the course can be an excellent tool in a beer recipe development and it is also equipped with special calculators, recipe template, references that can be helpful for students to navigate through the process.Towards the end of the course students should be able to develop their own beer recipe, design the production process and have a fundamental understanding of brewing science.
