Description : Unusual string instrument We teamed up with our luthier (a string instrument maker) and designed the instrument from the ground up in search of new sounds, timbres and tonal possibilities. We created C i r c l e S t r i n g s .
C i r c l e S t r i n g s is an unusual instrument that can produce sound in all sorts of ways: with a bow or plucking the strings, hitting the instrument, and so on. Anything is possible. The secret is the resonance of its sympathetic corpus.
It all started when we decided that finding new sounds was the path to success. We called our luthier and designed a tool designed for experimentation. After months of trial and error, it was ready, and since no one had done this before, we decided to capture its sound from every possible angle and microphone. Contact, overhead, close, directional, dynamic, overhead and even internal microphones. After countless hours of sampling, editing and programming, the result is a beautiful library designed to enrich your compositions with new sonic colors and resonant adventures!
To expand the functionality of C i r c l e S t r i n g s , we also recorded dozens of sound effects, provided the library with a full interface, including an effects panel and the latest Chaos FX function , and created presets to offer you examples of what can be achieved! Finally, we used the superstring method to create long loops that can be used to organically enrich the sound! Peculiarities
