Treatment procedure:
1. Copy the jetbra folder to a convenient location without spaces and Cyrillic on the way.
2. In the file C:\Program Files\JetBrains\PyCharm 2022.1.3\bin\pycharm64.exe.vmoptions add a line with the path to the ja-netfilter.jar file:
-javaagent:c:\jetbra\ja-netfilter.jar=jetbrains
3. Run the IDE and activate with the attached key.
