Paint.NET - A simple but powerful and convenient graphics editor. It is positioned as an excellent replacement for the standard MS Paint supplied with Windows. Supported formats: BMP, IPEG, PNG, TIF, GIF, TGA and native PDN format. Main features: working with layers, applying effects, working with a scanner and camera, red-eye correction, scaling from 1% to 3200%. Can be extended with plugins.
