Description:
Photomatix Pro is a program for professional photographers and advanced amateurs. Photomatix Pro combines any number of different frames in a high contrast scene into a single image with details and all the shadows. Photomatix Pro is a standalone system that expands the dynamic range of photographers.
Photomatix can automatically create HDR (High Dynamic Range) images using the EXIF ​​information recorded by the camera. TIFF, RGBE (.hdr), OpenEXR (.exr) and Floating Point formats are supported, source can be HDR, JPEG, TIFF 24 and 48 bit file. The program can convert RAW files from Canon, Nikon, Fuji cameras, etc. to HDR formats.

With the help of Photomatix tools, you can eliminate dark and bright areas of an image while maintaining details, eliminate noise, enhance detail, adjust color temperature, color saturation, and other parameters. Photomatix Pro contains tools for batch processing of images.

By taking several shots from the same point, preferably with a tripod, but at different shutter speeds, you can combine these photos into a high dynamic range (HDR) image and get the ability to control the light and dark areas of the image and thereby get the perfect photo. You can create an HDR image using a program. Photomatix Pro will select the best image parameters and reduce the amount of noise, if you do not like the result, you can manually adjust the parameters you need.

Photomatix offers two methods to deal with the loss of detail in shadows and highlights:

Exposure Blending: Several shots with different exposures are combined into one with increased dynamic range.
Tone Mapping: Details in highlights and shadows are restored by creating an HDR image that is processed to prepare for printing or viewing.

Main new features in v7

The new Batch with Preview feature lets users see a preview of each HDR image before batching bracketed photos. Each image can also be adjusted by applying a different preset or HDR settings.
The ghost mask removal can now be saved and loaded again in the selective ghost removal window, making it easier if the same photos need to be merged again, and also allowing selective ghost removal when batching.
New custom watermark tool, with options to select the font, size, layout and position of the watermark.
HDR images can be saved as 32-bit DNG, making it easy to further edit them in Photoshop or other photo editing apps. Processed images can also be saved as DNG images.
