Participants will learn how to match mentors and mentees and how to provide appropriate support for more vulnerable or isolated individuals.Students will learn how to identify what training needs are required prior to and during the programme implementation, as well as how to decide how structured or not a programme is.Participants will have five assignments which form the basis of their programme development.This course is intended for individuals who have never organised a mentoring programme. Individuals who have organised a previous mentoring programme will also benefit from this course as it provides a strong conceptual overview of what factors need to be considered when building or revamping a mentoring programme.
