Led by two experts with over 25 years each in fostering inclusive attitudes and workplaces, this training is designed to give you an understanding of unconscious bias and tools that can be used both to counter your own bias concepts and interrupt patterns of bias you might observe. By the end of this course you'll be able to better recognize and counteract the effects of interpersonal unconscious bias.
